Kyra Sports Exchange & Return Policy
Thank you for buying from us at Kyra Sports! We hope you enjoy your new purchase. Of course, when it comes to clothes, we women sometimes need a different size, colour or maybe we just changed our mind. We always strive to do right by you, our fabulous customer - so please read the following for our exchange/return policy before ordering to ensure a smooth and simple transaction process.

How long do I have to return it?
Our standard returns policy is 30 days. But seriously, if for some reason, you've had the garment for longer than that and just decided it didn't work for you, shoot us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll work it out.
How do I return it?
Just fill out the enclosed return/exchange card and return it and the item(s) to the address below.
Here are a few other details:
- non-defective merchandise must be unwashed and unworn;
- all tags must be attached to non-defective merchandise;
- all garments are subject to inspection;
- send the garment(s) to the address below (we suggest using a mailing method that allows tracking.
For an exchange of equal value, we will ship the new garment to you as soon as possible if it is in stock. If the garment is not in stock, we will contact you to ask how you wish to proceed.
