A new year & a new training plan!
2016 was such a massive year for us...we completed everything we set out to do including a full ironman, which still seems pretty surreal.
Now it's time to mix things up a bit & change our training style.
Easier said than done springs to mind but no better time to start than the present. Our plan...more strength training & GET FASTER.
