Ok....so I'm starting to get back into the swing of things nicely and have enjoyed the training this week...if that's possible!! Perhaps it's after last weeks hard earned accomplishments that I know 19 hours is definitely achievable.
I slowed my pace down on the long run experimenting for race day with walk/run for each mile just in case it was necessary & it felt very comfortable. (Will it feel like that after 112 miles on the bike??)
Roll on next week for another epic training session.
