Oh dear this week was tough! I'm not sure whether it was just that recovery was needed after the Double Olympic last week, or if it's because I have now started the last 10 week block - the peak phase.
From my Double Olympic results in Athy last week I feel that I really need to do a lot more work on the bike. I think I've been a bit complacent with my bike training, just getting the hours in but not really pushing myself, so I've tried to work harder this week.
At least the weather has got warmer so I can run in my favourite mix tape running shorts.
