Week 6 Ironman Training 15th - 21st February 2016 - School Holidays

Nine hours this week & a new challenge presented itself....HALF TERM!!! However with good time management & family support it is possible to fit in all the training alongside making 48 cupcakes & park visits! 

Week 6 training:

Monday: Swim (300m warm up, 8x50m drills, 1x300m with 40 secs rest, 3x200m with 30 secs rest, 1x300m with 40 secs rest, 8x50 drills, 200 cool down), Run (1.00 zone 2)

Tuesday: Brick Session (45 mins turbo zone 2, 15 mins run zone 2)

Wednesday: Bike (1.00 turbo zone 1 100+rpm)

Thursday: Run (1 hr zone 1 to 2)

Friday: Swim (2500m straight swim)

Saturday: Bike 2.00 turbo zone 2), Run (1hr Zone 1 to 2)

Sunday: Rest

Total 9 hours
