So, it's the start of another 4 week block building up from 8 to 10 hours this time. Started this week off pretty tired, probably due to the extra 2 hours in the pool last week but got over it pretty quickly, a few early nights did the trick!
To be honest, it's all becoming habit now, it's difficult to imagine not having to train! That's a good thing, right??
Week 5 training:
Monday: Swim (300m warm up, 8x50m drills, 1x300m with 40 secs rest, 3x200m with 30 secs rest, 1x300m with 40 secs rest, 8x50 drills, 200 cool down), Run (45mins zone 2)
Tuesday: Brick Session (30 mins turbo zone 2, 15 mins run zone 2)
Wednesday: Bike (45 mins turbo zone 1 100+rpm)
Thursday: Run (1 hr zone 1 to 2)
Friday: Swim (2500m straight swim)
Saturday: Bike (1:45 turbo zone 2), Run (1hr Zone 1 to 2)
Total 8 hours
