I have taken the opportunity of the sunshine & dry weather so instead of 3 and half hours on the turbo I decided to head out on the road!
The time passed so much faster & I'm using these sessions to get my nutrition right for the big day!
The 30 minute run afterwards surprisingly felt pretty good too, however it's hard to imagine running 26.2 miles! A least I have a few more months to get my head around it.
A thoroughly enjoyable weeks training! Onwards & upwards!!!
