Well I have now moved into the "Build Phase" which is making the "Base Phase" seem like a piece of cake! This week I was thrown into 11 hours training & this will gradually build up in hours & intensity over the next 10 weeks.
There is an extra swim with an increase in distance to 3000m & also another brick session. As if my poor legs aren't tired enough!!!
For the next few weeks my local pool is closed so I had the challenge of finding another one reasonably close by with times that suited-easy you would think! Not quite but I managed it!!
This week definitely feels like the real hard work is beginning!!!!
