This week was HARD!! Up to now the training has just been happening, the sessions have been enjoyable and although by the end of the week I have been tired, it's all been very doable. This week however, I was really feeling it - as the week went on each session got harder and harder so it was a big relief to just get through the week!
All my runs so far have been in zone 2, but in preparation for the Larne Half Marathon next week I made more effort in the run sessions this week. Roll on the next recovery week!!
